The creator and leader of 2 peer support groups for London, that provide a much needed support service to gay, bi sexual men of all ages who are facing the challenges of HIV in the 21st century.

A vision and format that was based on the foundation of care and support provided a long time ago at the London Lighthouse, a place respected and still remembered and a source of inspiration which plays a pivotal role within these 2 groups.

A mature, confident and an enthusiastic individual with strong leadership skills, passionate about working for / within the community, making a contribution and a difference; with a strong sense to motivate others through positive attitude and encouragement.

Qualified and experienced trainer / facilitator with excellent knowledge and experience within the palliative care field & employment services. Experience within training health sectors, Knowledge of equal opportunities framework and the promotion of anti-discriminatory practice.

Able to multitask under pressure and prioritise workload effectively with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Pro-active in approach and able to take on new challenges and projects. The ability to work as part of a team or as an individual. Strongly self-motivated with good organisational skills, a proven track record in achieving set objectives within designated time frame.
