If you are in crisis and would prefer to talk to someone right now: 

Samaritans are there to listen, not judge, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via telephone on 116 123 (UK) or 116 123 (ROI).

Under 35s can also call Papyrus on 0800 068 41 41 (Mon-Fri: 10am-10pm, weekends: 2pm-10pm).

If you want to speak to another LGBTQ+ person, then LGBT Switchboard have a support line you can reach on 0300 330 0630 (10am-10pm every day).

The LGBT Foundation also runs a helpline which runs from 9am until 9pm Monday to Friday, and 10am until 6pm Saturday. Reach them on 0345 3 30 30 30.
