About The Eddystone Trust

The Eddystone Trust is an independent agency, providing free and confidential information and support for anyone concerned about HIV or Hepatitis C (HCV) in Plymouth, Torbay, and south and west Devon. It also provides sexual health information and resources to and through other agencies.

The Trust works with the public at large, specific groups (e.g. gay men) and with people working in the health and community sectors. Services vary according to the issue and to the geographical area.

The Eddystone Trust provides the following services in West and South Devon.

  1. Workshops / Groups
    Workshops and support groups for men who have sex with men on a range of issues.
  2. Safer Sex Resources
    Regular supplies of condoms / lubricant and other resources to relevant venues.
  3. Safer Sex Events
  4. Outreach work in PSE’s.
  5. Individual Information & Support.
  6. Advocacy along with Open Access drop-in.
  7. Telephone helpline.
  8. Welfare Rights advice.
  9. Counselling and Mutual Support.
