Crusaid’s Walk for Life
Big thanks to GMFA's team in Crusaid’s Walk for Life 2010!
Crusaid's Walk for Life took place on Sunday 6 June. As usual, GMFA entered the walk under the Charity Team Scheme, which means that 75% of all the money raised by our walkers will come directly to GMFA.
We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who completed the walk for GMFA and helped us raise around £4,000. This means that GMFA is set to receive somewhere in the region of £3,000 to help us continue our vital work for gay men.
Well done to everyone involved!
It's not too late to sponsor our team
Even though the walk is now over, it's not too late to show your support and sponsor one of our walkers. To do this:
- Go to GMFA's Walk for Life charity team page where you’ll find GMFA’s Walk for Life team page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you’ll find the list of our team members.
- Choose who you’d like to sponsor by clicking on one of our walker's names to open their sponsorship page
- From there you can sponsor them online for as little or as much as you’d like.
Alternatively you can always make a direct donation to GMFA online by visiting www.gmfa.org.uk/donate.
